Here a list of fruits I like to feed my Rainbow Lorikeets. It is best to remove pits or in case of the apples the core because they can be toxic for your birds. For example the apples - I feed them whole impaled on a stick and before impaling them onto the stick I use a peeler to drill a whole, in the process removing the apple core.

Grape seeds are ok but remove stone fruit pits (cherries, peaches) and the core of pears and apples before giving them to your rainbow lorikeets. Here a list of fruits I alternate into the diet of my rainbow lorikeets:

Rasberries, Strawberries, banana, blueberries, oranges, mangoes, cherries, papaya, peach, pears, appple, plums, raisins and grapes. Apple is their favourite with one given as a daily standard for my breeding pair of lorikeets, suppplemented by one of the other fruits mentionned.
