As you probably know your Rainbow Lorikeets absolutely love fresh branches. Make sure they always get plenty of eucalypt and grevilla branches and if you don't have access to these plants find a local substitute for your lorikeets.
I keep my lorikeets in an aviary and I keep rotating bigger plants in and out of the lorikeets environment. If you can - grow some reasonably sized grevilla and bottle brush plants in pots and once they reach a good size, bring them into the aviary for 2-3 weeks at the time.
Get them out before the rainbow lorikeets kill them off... Eucalypt are a bit tougher and I keep planting younger plants right in the lorikeets cage. They usually last a couple of months before all leaves are chewed off.
