Your Rainbow Lorikeets have some very high biting power and you have to make sure they do not bite you. Biting is not natural bird behavior, they will not bite each other even in a fight. Biting usually means that there is uncertainty and you have to work on your relationship with your rainbow lorikeet.

If your rainbow lorikeet has already gotten into the habit of biting you, wear pig skin gloves for a while and let them bite you until they realize it has no effect on you. This will give you the ability to move and behave normally around your rainbow lorikeets. If you need to move awkward and careful around your lorikeets, afraid of getting bitten, it will make the problem worse. The gloves will help normalize your interaction with the rainbow lorikeet and reassure him all is allright.
Don't scream, shout or even negatively talk to your lorikeets, the effect will backfire on you. Instead give them a stern look when they misbehave. Rainbow Lorikeets like most parrots can read your facial expression really well and know how you feel from the face you make.
