We have just put our 2 rainbow lorikeets in a large aviary with a sand floor (they were in a large cage before with a newspaper floor) The oldest one has started digging holes very deep in the aviary we were wondering if they breed like that or is it a novelty to them. They have trees and branches to sit on as well as toys?
