Hi, I live in Perth, and my birds had two baby lorikeets which are about 4 months old. I got them out of their box today and noticed one has a large lump full of fluid, about a 5 cent piece in diameter, on the top of its wing. They have their feathers on their heads, but they are just starting to poke thorough on there body's. Is this a lump from an ingrown feather thats coming through? Should I take it to a vet, or will it burst on its our accord?

The parents are first time parents and are doing well, very surprised that the babies have survived this long. (proud grandmother)

If any one could answer this question would be greatly appreciated.
