I got a baby lorikeet where the breeder told that he handraised him or her. But he was really scared and not friendly with us when came in here. After a couple of days we started putting him on our hand and now he is ok. But just wondering as we cook Indian food which contains masalas and all, will that be harmfull to my lorikeet? We have his cage in the corner of dining area where kitchen is open plan. We are planning to put his cage outside to the deck when we do cooking, but the smell will still be in the kitchen and dining area even after cooking and eating, please help with me with the query..
